The Financial Analyst assists the Relationship Managers and Portfolio
Managers in managing the day-to day credit process and performing the
analytics necessary to support prudent lending decisions. The Financial
Analyst is responsible for gathering financial information, preparation
of financial spreadsheets and models for both clients and prospects.
The Financial Analyst may be assigned to specific smaller accounts and
provide direct customer contact. As a member of the Relationship team,
the Financial Analyst supports the team in achieving its goals,
including the growth of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with risk
management criteria, strengthening the customer relationships through
the sale of the Bank's fee based products and services, and providing
quality customer service. Four-year degree in Business and Economics,
Business Administration or a related subject required or any combination
of education, training and experience which will provide the required
knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the job.
Excellent analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to represent the Bank in a professional manner at all
times. Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time. PC
proficient with knowledge of MS Office applications. Able to work
independently and with a team.
